The morning did start out relatively dry, then the Oregon weather gods woke up and turned on the sprinklers to drench the heathens.

That said, I did get a few photos taken (D800E + Sigma 35mm 1.4 Art) before bidding farewell. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

Thanks! So far, I'm liking the lens quite a bit. I picked up a USB dock for it so that I can fine-tune the auto-focus. I noticed that it's not quite hitting proper focus and will have to calibrate it when I get a chance.

I had placed an order for the new Nikon 35mm f/1.8G for FX, but between piss-poor availability and not-so-hot corners, I cancelled that order and went with the Sigma. It was that or the Zeiss 35mm f/2.

Last time you would have seen our Mustang. Sold and is being delivered to the new owner today. (dealer, although he said he might keep it)

We bought a Volvo P1800 a few months ago and is undergoing some work right now. It should be driving and attending Cars and Coffee some time in mid-summer (June maybe) if everything goes as planned. After that the engine will be swapped out with something more powerful.
